Suggestion for new LAPTOP between Rs.25000 and 35000(max)

Brand - any good brand like lenovo,HP etc

Series - Latest series of any good brand

What i am looking for , in an Laptop?

Processors - intel i series

Motherboard- intel

Ram - minimum 2gb DDR3 ,but i would prefer 4gb DDR3

HDD- 500gb or less would do just fine.

Graphics card -should be able to play games at low graphical settings

Screen - best avaible in budget

Location -Mumbai

please give your suggestion with good reason ASAP because im going to buy it tommorow .

It would be more helpful if you would provide me shop where i could buy it at resonable price

i know that it is 2011 ,and i have been using Amd phenom and i know that it has heat issues

My friend got a quote for ASUS k53SV-SX520V for ~ 37.5k with DOS (Pune) ... With i5 2410, GT540M, 4GB RAM it sounds good deal !! It don't have SUB 3 though ...

sorry i cant go above 35000,is there any other laptop like above but with i3 with 2.53ghz

i would rather go for i3 processor with 4gb ram and good graphic card

Phenom was hit by TLB bug plus it was based on 65nm. After making the transition to 45nm, AMD processors runs as cool as Intel or even cooler.

Have dealt with many laptops and none of the Core i based is worth keeping on the lap. Keeping that aside the Asus laptop is a steal get it. Llano said to running very cool and performs exceptionally even in power consumption.

Else if you want something portable look for Hp Dm1z.

Also the AMD is a quad core CPU comapared to i3 and i5 dual cores. But still the i series SB floors the Llano APU when it comes to power consumption and raw CPU power. But still the APU has a much better IGP for gaming. That said in your budget if you are not comfortable with AMD there is no harm in sticking to the SB i3.

If gaming is just games like NFSMW, FIFA11 then the i3's IGP would suffice. The probook has the best build quality in this range.

G42 sucks. I have seen it in person and has unusual shortcut keys placements on the left hand side of the keyboard where your hand will automatically go for pressing the control or shift keys. The build is also so,so.

i think its worth 32.4k ?

haven't used it....do need someone to comment on build and user experience on screen, performance..etc !!
