Suggestion for putting Tech Magazine online

hi all,

What would be the best way to put my departments tech magazine online?
I would want that
- the articles could appear in blog like fashion. Also the magazine has the abridged version of the articles. So there should be a more button or something which will display the full version.
- allow multiple authors to update their articles over time
- administrative, mod power and user priviledges system for editors and the team
- Nice navigation just like a hardcopy of magazine has index + page numbers.
- feature to post comments

+1 for drupal. I run a drupal install, and all the features you mentioned should be do-able with a stock drupal install :)
