Hi , i am planing a personal website , can you suggest me a economical web hosting i dont need much space 100MB will be more than sufficient. looking for some thing under Rs 500 a year .

Free hosting from Redhat...but you need to visit your site at least once every 24 hours to keep your site from going into hibernation. A visit will awaken your site, but if it's gone into hibernation, the first visitor will face long page load times.
You can use crazydomains.in for your domain provider, if you're using .in domains. as they're priced at Rs.99 per year.
They don't have DNS on offer, but you can use Cloudflare+wwwizer.com as your DNS provider. Wwwizer is only needed if you're using Openshift.
Otherwise, get a $1-2 .com from Godaddy.
