suggestion needed for motherboard , proccy and ram

i want to upgrade my 3yr. old PC

the parts i am looking to upgrade are

mobo- mercury PVM7 Pro

processor - Pentium D 915 2.8GHz(dual core)[i can keep it if compatible motherboard found]

RAM - 512MB DDR2 533MHz

my budget is just 3-4k

i will play games like NFS most wanted and cricket 07 [if possible then COD4]on this PC on a 17' CRT monitor

i am not looking for any graphic card so an integrated graphics is my choice

willing to buy online /second hand stuff on TE

also please tell me if i have to sell these stuff then how much can i expect

total is rs4425.......

as far as the stability is concerned these two components are rock stable even with high stress[telling from my personal experience]

also u can oc the processor a little bit[say to 2.9GHZ]

right now going with DDR2 platform is useless as 1GB DDR2 cost almost equal to 2GB DDR3

so going with this mobo is not feasible

thanks but again the RAM prices and i wont be overclocking single bit

havent fiddled with my unlocked 555BE upto now so overclocking is what i wont go for

This is the best upgrade u can get IMO :)

thanks i was also thinking abt it looks good config

sadly i my proccy cant pair with these mobos [i hope so please some 1 confirm]

Asus #(P5G41C-M) - P5G41C-M Desktop Board P5G41CM

GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 775 - GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 1.3)

these cost just 2350 on deltapage website and are DDR3 boards with G41 Chipset
