The troubleshooting forum is a nice concept, but I suggest to leave the hardware troubleshooting prob in the hardware forum. Not only will it be easier for other members to search, but also many regulars at the hardware sections do not check the troubleshooting section as much as the hardware section.

We have had many discussions about this & it will not be changed, hardware is hardware,if you got a problem with it you post it in Troubleshooting,if members don't check Troubleshooting section,we cant do anything about it & we are not thinking about forcing any1 to check it,it all depends on the members of they wanna help or have the knowledge to help,if today we allow troubleshooting hardware to be posted in hardware we might as well allow software & internet to be posted in their sections & not in troubleshooting,& by that we might as well close the Troubleshooting section.

Thnx for the feedback mate

Aces, you have a point, I usually head straight to the hardware section and often miss out on checking the troubleshooting section. But then again thats my fault hehe :)
But yeah, as Albert said putting it back into hardware would just mean there's no purpose behind having a troubleshooting section. Perhaps something like splitting the troubleshooting section into - hardware/software?

Well... Most of members here direclty check the new posts... Atleast I do so it doesnt matter that much... I have never checked any section individually :) so i guess its okey...

yea, i mostly do all my browsing through the New Post search option, so dosent really makes that much of a difference
