Suggestions for 20 inch square monitor & black & white laser printer.

Hello All,One of my friend requires following parts,so please help by giving your valuable solutions:
1> One 20"-22" square lcd monitor for graphics work.
2> One good, cheap black & white laser printer.
Well, the budget is 12k & can go up by 500Rs. or 1k only.So, please suggest accordingly.

I would have said DELL but the budget makes be feel out..I guess we will have to wait ..cheap printers, HP is all time recommend may be try Cannon or similar
