As the title Suggests I need suggestions for a cpu upgrade around 10-15k. My current GPU (rtx 2060) is A LOT better than my current CPU (i5-3570). I would like suggestions for a full CPU upgrade (mobo, ram, cpu).

If you want to stick within your budget you can get the intel i3 10105f + b560/h510 mobo (check if it supports 3200mhz ram and xmp) + 2x8gb ddr4 3200 ram for around 13-14k. If you are willing to spend a bit extra you can go for i3 12100f + h610 mobo + 2x8gb ddr4 3200 ram for around 17-18k. This would give you much better performance.
If your motherboard supports it you can go for an i3-13100, depending on where you get it from it can cost you from 12k - 15k and it should be able to squeeze out all the power from the RTX 2060.
