Graphic Cards Suggestions for a Graphics Card

I hope this is the right section for this question.
  1. What is your budget?
    • Rs. 4,000
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+
    • Motherboard - BIOSTAR Group A785GE
    • That's what I am looking for
    • RAM - Kingston 2x2GB (but Speccy always shows 3GB for one of the sticks, totally 5GB)
    • Monitor - DELL S1909W (1366 x 768 px)
    • PSU - Corsair VX450
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • All
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • A Graphics card
  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • No other upgrades except stuff like mouse/keyboard
    • MAY consider 4GB more RAM and Windows 7 64bit in the future
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
  7. Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market

  8. What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
    • Gaming

    • Whatever is the best quality for the budgest

    • Skyrim

    • Anything latest at decent settings
  11. What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
    1. Not sure. 1366 x 768 seems to be the max of my 19inch screen
  12. Are you looking to overclock?
    • No
  13. Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
    • Windows 7 32 bit (Will use 64 bit in the future whenever I afford more RAM)
    • Been a while since I tried Ubuntu

I am not sure how this works. But GTX is NVidia chipset? Does it cause problems running on my AMD based motherboard?
