Suggestions for a Laptop for HyperV/VMware use

Hi All,
- Need suggestions for a laptop under 50K

- Will be primarily used to run Virtual machines running Server 2008/SharePoint/Exchange

- Minimum 4 GB RAM

- Due to space contraints cannot use a Desktop

studio 14z -you can get one for about 50k with 6gb ram.. youll need more memory as well.for running the sw you mentioned. inspiron 14 is ok but crappy looks compared to 14z
