Storage Solutions Suggestions for a new Hard disk

I am in search for a new HDD. I have a PATA interface. I require a HDD which can atleast has an unformatted capacity of 320 GB. The more the cache the better it is. Performance is certainly a concern. If possible please also guide me where in Delhi I can get the disk from.

Seagate 7200.10 320 gig, 16 MB cache. 3.5k

^^ Thats right. 16MB cache gives a good performance.

Thanks for the response. But I heard that 7200.10 were having a problem in their firmware that restricted their read/write speeds. How about Hitachi?

I think it was the AAK firmware but it was old news dont know if u get drives with that firmware now.
