PC Peripherals Suggestions for a new mic/microphone.. Ear clip on type..

Hi..

Need a new Mic..
I need one of those clip on types.. that i can just clip on the ear.. and the mic extends to near the mouth.. like those blue tooth headsets..

Mic with In ear type earfones will also do..

budget around 300 - 400..

IS it possible to have one that works in both pc and cell fone.. ??
