suggestions for android games with controller support?

Beginner
I recently got a telescopic controller because I'll be away from my pc for a couple weeks and was hoping to get a couple recommendations for native Android games with native controller support,
I already enjoy and have downloaded balatro and I'm gonna check out slay the spire as well but would love any other recommendations
 
wanna try emulation? they do support controllers and you could play all retro games to ps2 to even some nintendo games too [I don't remember the app names but you might get them once you start searching on the internet]

Yeah i have considered emulation as well, got the ppsspp app and the ridge racer game seems like a real hidden gem, couple old school pokemon games as well
i would try ps2 but i don't think my phone's gpu would be able to run anything above ps1

I do think you can still run some games try first you might be surprised with the end result or even better search your chipset+emulation on youtube and you might be able to get real world benchmarks. I have a poco f5 and it even ran witcher 3 at one point but it was hard to play on mobile with hardly 30 fps and not so ergonomic touch controls
