Suggestions for Bluetooth Speakers for TV & Laptop

If you won't move it much, decent options are :
[1] Logitech X300 ~2.8k
[2] JBL Flip 4 - was on sale few days back. Wait for the discount. ~7.5k
[3] Bose SoundLink Mini II - best of the lot - ~14k ! - has a proprietary charging connector.
[4] Sony XB 20 ~6.5k.
[5] Sony XB 30 ~9k - has a proprietary charging connector.
All these are meant to be played in horizinatal position and have a sweet spot.

there should not be a comparison between smaller speakers and tower speakers. Bass being dependent in thevolume of air being moved, would always be better from a lager speaker. F&O are generally OK, dont remember the exact model numbers that I listened to.
For foreign makes like the ones I mentioned, dlx washington has a side-by-side review on YouTube, easy to compare. Since the error/bias remains the same for both models being compared, that gives a reasonable feel of the differences.
I would suggest that you try a few speakers in the shop. Sound has a 'feel' to it that is individual.

Avoid JBL flip, that has no match with Sony SRS-XB20 in that price range

Not sure if i'm allowed to link other forum here but i will take my chance & hope this will help you in some way if you inclined to go towards portable speaker.

if this is your deciding factor i will suggest stay away from portable bluetooth, specially consumer grade ones. they will never have the power to drive high frequencies what we have in movies.

But please go and listen to them before buying. both had different soundstage configuration and will greatly impacted by size of your room.
