Suggestions for LED/ LCD 22" to 24" for dvr

Hello guys I am looking for a small tv for 2 dvrs. The purpose is not for monitoring alone but for troubleshooting dvr issues which is the priority. For this purpose kindly suggest a VFM tv. I have shortlisted the Samsung 23"h4003 and the 22F5001. Are they a good choice?

Also tell me which store in Chennai offers the cheapest price.

Go for Phillips 5000 series LED TV 24PFL5557 61 cm (24") Full HD 1080p.
As product description says, it works exactly that. so From my side its verygood tv designed by Philips as always they produce.
Picture display is very nice
It plays HD vides
All in all its very good.
