Suggestions for profitable add-ons to a sport park

Hello all,
I'm constructing a sport park (place where indoor badminton , table tennis ,snooker , etc) are offered and was wondering what else can I add that would go well with badminton and be profitable too.

Details about the real estate available :
1. 3 indoor badminton courts (main business)
2. 2 table tennis tables on the side (indoor near badminton courts)

Need idea for rooms : (details)
Now there are 3 separate rooms available in the same building each big enough for a table tennis table with space on the sides and thinking about what other things I can do with the space that would turn into good profits.
So far I have decided to make 2 of them into pool tables and there is still 1 more room left.
I'll be making the rooms like a lounge space with a pool table where some snacks will also be served for the players.

Need ideas for outdoor space :
There's space the size of another badminton court which needs to be utilised and am thinking about putting a pickle ball court.
Haven't decided on it yet as It's new and not sure how many would be interested.

If you guys go to any sporting area and play a game, do let me know what do the players who come there spend their money on and what's really makes the place tick.
Feel free to ask any questions.

Thanks for reading.

i dont go for any outdoor games or sports other than for my own personal regimen, but i have seen the huge popularity of outdoor football/cricket turfs (the netted ones), which are utilised by housing socities as well as corporate teams for their recreation very much. may be this idea crossed your mind too.
p.s. - didnt know what a 'pickle ball court' was. had to look it up. seems interesting.

For the 3rd room: I like the idea of a lounge room with snacks and juice but if you are doing a live station, you need to hire a person to look after it and all the other hassles that come with it. Another idea is to convert it to a kids play area with ball pits and a small bouncy house. Or you can do darts.

If you want to sell juice/energy drinks, do so at the reception area.

For the outdoor space: put 2 cricket nets. They are crazy expensive in Bangalore. Ranges from 300 to 1000 per hour depending on the area.

For extra income, sell/rent equipment. For example, renting badminton shoes for an hour is 50, racket is 25, socks is 10. Badminton shuttlecocks especially can be sold for a slight premium.

Juice bar? freshly made. Slow press. Chilled. Healthy and delicious
Yes. Doing it soon. Thanks

Cricket nets will mostly be included. I'm looking for a good coach who can bring players too.
Space is just short for a Futsol court. Yeah those are really good these days.
Thanks

Thanks. renting equipment, never crossed my mind. Will include them for badminton and other games too.
Juice station will be there for sure soon with a person to look after it too.
Cricket nets are also underway.
@GODMODE09 which city are you in?
Tiruchirapalli , tamilnadu.

All badminton courts I have seen in my city are convertible to become an auditorium for shows, concerts, small wedding parties. You just need a small stage.

Badminton courts at my gym are super busy so I think they must be profitable. Tennis courts remain unoccupied though. These are used for kids skating, archery and gymnastics classes.

Wouldn't OP need to apply for a separate license to operate an auditorium? Also, it would be a PITA to maintain the quality of the courts. Putting soft materials such as carpets won't prevent damage to the flooring

If space permits, u can check if Volley ball has demand in that area.
Badminton court requires specific shoes, normal sport shoe should not be allowed. You can rent shoes and rackets, shuttles etc
Juice bar is excellent idea as other FMs suggested. Players after the game will splurge and relax.
Foosball takes less space and depending on feedback of incoming crowd, u can decide on it.
I suggest u start with minimum investment like courts and juice bar and know the tricks of trade. Let the crowd come in.
Then, u can expand the operations

For the indoor room, you can put a couple of Foosball tables.
Thanks for the suggestion but people don't really want to pay anything to play foosball from my knowledge and it doesn't look like a profitable add-on.

Yes, badminton is definitely good and expecting it to do very well.
Really turning badminton courts into auditorium ? The court surface need to be maintained carefully and only players with badminton shoes will be allowed. Idk how they are doing it as it might spoil the courts. We do have a small stage too and have decided to use it as viewing deck for tournaments and have 2 table tennis tables other times.
We don't have space for tennis courts and I'm a tennis player myself but the tennis courts here are definitely not empty. I'd love to have my own tennis court though, I even thought about starting an indoor hard court but it's so expensive to build that it makes sense that there are hardly 5 indoor tennis courts in India.

Thanks for the suggestions. Haven't thought about volley ball, will check it out. There is space for it. I was also thinking about pickle ball as it seems to be really picking up in other metropolitan cities.
I do plan on adding more stuff depending on the demand and the type of crowd that comes regularly .

Hi guys,
Any suggestions for the best way to drive traffic to the sport park?
Apart from getting it on google?
Does anyone have any idea how to get an ad for the sport park to show up in social media feeds in the location used by people who are into the sport ?
Thanks in advance.

Here in Bangalore, Playo and KheloMore is used by play areas.

As for ads n stuff, you can hire a specialist to look into publishing targeted ads in your city.

To drive traffic, you can look into tying up with schools and independent coaches. You might want to start soon as summer is closeby
