Suggestions for router with longest range?

TP-Link isnt a great or half good brand as per my experience.. i regretted the usage of a TP-Link Modem+Router. It disconnects far too often and believe me its not the service, but the modem had the troubles.
 
Yo ... and attach routers via Cable using 1 or 2

1) All Wireless routers attached via CABLE to a Single DSL Device

2) A Wireless router can be attached to another Wireless Router using CABLE ( this scheme saves CABLE cost under certain conditions)

3) WDS --- i won't recommend coz u want a Superb Wifi Coverage . see WDS limitations ...

even i have ordered this one to act as a repeater on first floor .I have a airtel router on the ground floor.

will this suffice?

Tried this as a repeater today, and it just did not work. Let me know how you get yours to work please.
