Suggestions needed for a good room heater for mom and Dad in Bangalore

Hey Guys,
So my dad wants to get ourselves a room heater in bangalore to fight the minor chilly mornings
I am not in the country so looking to get something online.

I did some research but was not able to really understand what is best.
Budget is 2000-6000 and would prefer a remote and a portable heater. Durability is main concern as well.

I could see a brand called as Warmex selling in Flipkart - is this any good?
The 3 heaters in my mind are:

Sorry but those small machines dont heat well.
Get an oil 9 fin based heater. Those are very effective. Check snapdeal

I am in bangalore so I am ok with a moderate powered heater the radiators are just too heavy and look ugly so my folks are against it

There are many brands in the market but all of them looks similar ....... All are Chinese imports I guess. Go with the cheapest available option as it will work perfectly with in warranty & after that replacement tube costs rs50/tube

Mine was "maharaja" brand , price was 1400 for Triple 400X3 tubes

We needed a room heater to cover 12x12 sized room. We bought SOGO Mini fan heater SS-18295. It is pretty decent for the room size and very much portable.

Just for info: Bajaj makes Morphy Richards stuff and markets them.
