PC Peripherals Suggestions on getting hardware from US

Guys,

I am planning to buy the following items next month.
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum MOBO
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (939) CPU
XFX GE FORCE 6600/6800 GPU
1GB DDR400 Kingston/Transcend

One of my relatives is coming from US. Is it advisable to get any of these things from US?

If any issues comes, will the waranty works in India ?

If i buy from newegg or any other online store, will they give international warranty?

U won't get warranty in India. And everyone of those items that u've listed is available in India. Why buy for the difference in price and suffer later with the warranty ? If ur indeed buying from the States, get BFG or eVGA for graphic cards and Crucial or OCZ for RAM.

The price of 3500+ is almost double of 3000+ here. Is it worth going for 3500+ or 3000+ is good enough ?

I am not very enthusiastic gamer. But i want a decent card for occasional gaming. I heard that XFX has released a GF6600 256MB DDR2 card for $99. Is it available in india?
