Hello geeks

Need your valuable suggestions on the above phone for my wife. Honestly have not purchased any chinese make in my lifetime. The phone should have good After sales support, good build as it would be flicked by my kid very often and good battery life, camera with flash and expandable memory . Usage for watching /shooting videos, reading ebooks, etc in a nutshell the features which are available in G6. But it would be better if the screen size could be slightly small. She has shortlisted this phone inspite of the screen size is because she is very much impressed.
I dont find any reviews for this phone, neither i have any experience with Huawei or other chinese brands as aforesaid.

Kindly suggest.

Thanx[DOUBLEPOST=1409068267][/DOUBLEPOST]bump

Don't think you're gonna get many replies here because sadly not many have purchased a Huawei. Also for the price most people here would opt for something like the Moto G or Xiaomi MI3. & in this price range all of the "safer" brands have at least one or more models, albeit with lesser specs.

AFAIK, as companies go, Huawei is pretty established & does have a pretty decent global presence. Unfortunately in India they have not gained much traction in spite of the fact that they have been here for 4 years. So consequently there is very little feedback about their after sales service.

I know I haven't been of much help here. But my only suggestion would be to state what has impressed you the most about the G6, so someone can give you an alternative if you are seeking one. Cheers & good luck.

Huawei after sales service is good, check out Modaco forum for user reviews on many of Huawei models. Problem areas of Huawei mobiles mostly are with their bad camera and Emotion UI, which is a bit sluggish.

I have used two of their mobiles and was more than satisfied with them. I couldn't say the same for most of other branded mobiles I have used.

check if they have a service centre near your place. If they do, then they are a good option. However none of their models seems to be in the current favorites.

Thanx friends

These are the PROs as per personal experience

The UI is ultra smooth,
Even the front camera 5MP is excellent
Phone is super sleek , lightweight and good looking
Screen size is not too big

These are the things which were my concern prior to googling for reviews

But now here comes the Cons

Loudspeaker is crap
Music quality is not upto the mark
Screen is immensely fragile (This worries me much)
Has thermal issues

Moreover no one has any experience with their ASS.

For these reasons i have decided to go for Samsung S3 as i dont want to run from pillar to post.
