what would be the best combo of CPU + Mother board + Ram for 20k , other components i can use the existing items . 90%for video editing , 10% photo editing appliction only . mainly running Davinchi Resolve

450 is with out of the box compatibility with 2nd gen Ryzen CPUs where as 350 would require BIOS update - which can only be done with first gen Ryzen CPUs. Hence you will either have to reply on vendor/dealer or friend who has such CPU.
