Suggestios needed for CDMA phone

I am looking for a few CDMA phones (same model - more than 8 instruments)
These are to be given to mid management officers of a bank.
The price can be around 10k to 12k but cheaper would be fine too hyeah:

These are going to be used with Tata Indicom connection ( i am told there is some sim card size issue )

I have never used cdma phones so have no info about them.
All your inputs are appreciated.

Well CDMA doen't have many good handsets...only one which comes in my mind is Samsung Corby Speed...supports EVDO rev A...
