Sukam Inverter Fan Noise

Hi,

I have a sukam 800 VA full sine wave inverter.

Its 2+ years old.

The issue is when the inverter is powered on and is in idle mode (no discharge or charging happening) the fan is continously in operation and hence emits a lot of noise.

This issue i have found off late after shifting to a new home.

Earlier, the fan used to become operational only when the charging.

Is there something wrong ??
 
I think you should get the inverter inspected. The fan is supposed to run to cool the transformers only when it is active during charging/ discharging
