Supertorrents.org says "403 Forbidden" ..!!

Hey guys,

I am using Airtel GPRS.... and wen i try to log in SuperTorrents , i get the message

403 Forbidden
Unauthorized IP address.

now what does that mean...is my IP banned by the site or wat....btw i dont have static or dynamic IP , i have Shared IP.... so i cannot change it..or anything..!!

Btw is there anyway to bypass it...may be say wid proxy or anything..!!

by unplugging your modem for around a minute you are given a new ip address.
