sync contacts from my n81?

i need to sync my contacts from my n81 to my pc..... can someone pls help me on this.. how do i do this using the pc suite that came with the phone?:huh:
 
install the pc suite
connect ur phone to the pc via the supplied cable
when u run the pc suite there is an option 'Synchronize'
Ideally synchronize only ur contacts using either Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express or some other client
The contacts will get saved under contacts in ur outlook

u can also connect ur phone thru bluetooth but that is slightly complicated
