sync windows mobile

I want to transfer contacts from my windows mobile phone to a nokia phone. Is that possible? How?

I also want to store my smses on my pc from my phone. How should i do that?

I am using windows 6.1 on hp ipaq.
 
for contacts, let the mobile connect to outlook and sync the contact to outlook from the phone.

connect the nokia and it should be able to sync contacts from outlook to the phone using nokia pc suite. (most phones do have the capability to sync with outlook)

for backing up sms, i would recommend
