Bought this NAS approximately 5 years ago from Amazon (Jan 2018).
Stored files once and kept unused since then.
Decided to use Onedrive and remote desktop for my external connectivity as it is much simpler.
Can split the NAS and harddisk separately.

Please post the SMART values screenshot of hdd from within synology OS(should be available in storage manager--hdd).

Received hdd, was packed really well.
Will test and confirm here by tmrw.
