My System acts strangely now a days.
The system bios appears sometimes and the system boots normally,
but sometimes the bios screen itself doesnt show up.

Even if my system boots and runs properly,it automatically restarts after few mins/hrs.

I have checked my HDD and GPU they work fine .

My config
CPU : q9450
MB :ASUS P5Q Deluxe
GPU : GeCube HD 4870 512MB
RAM : 2 x 2 GB transcend
PSU : Corsair HX620W
Any help would be appreciated !

P5Q series have that silly interface which gives an option to go to bios, their onboard OS for basic surfing or continuing to boot up- so are you talking about that screen or the POST screen? Which bios version are you using?

Im talking about the "silly interface" , which has the option to goto bios, bootup and can be used for surfing...
Reseting the CMOS would restore the default bios settings?
but i havent upgared my bios or changed it

Express gate.

Go to your bios and under the tools tab, select express gate and enabled it. Below that you can set the duration for the expressgate to be up as well. Save bios and restart.
