What's the problem , Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PSU gone for a six. Or the motherboard is completely fried. Take your pick. (Most likely the PSU is ruined, but a bad motherboard can do that to a PSU...)

First try as SIDHU said and later chk with PSU (changing it).If no results then try changing the rams (or even only with one ram). Also chk for any burn smells in the Mobo or in the PSU.
Hope ur components are not fired

Mostly a problem with your Motherboard. However your system hanging while booting may also indicate a RAM problem.

Unplug everything and replug, or ideally take out the board from your case and try, something might be making contact and shorting in the case!

Thanks!!!!!!!!

BUT the PSU Works fine (Fan Runs) & cabby and processor fans are working, Keyboard LED's also fine.

Its not that way .It may be supplying required power through molex cables but not may be with the mobo cable (even the processor fan runs).
I hope u got me .Anyway if u wont suspect the PSU then the possibility will be the mobo .Have checked it for any burn mark or smell

During POST do you get a normal single beep sound or something different?

I suspect the RAM,try to fit it on the other slots.
