CPU/Mobo System with budget around Rs 20,000

Hello friends,

I have a old laptop 1.4Ghz :( ,i thought its time to update.
I am looking for modern system , my only major requirement is good lcd monitor
which is hd ready,with native resolution of 1920 x 1080.
Please suggest appropriate motherboard,cpu,case ,hdd,memory,optical drive,
monitor(lcd) ,graphic card(onboard/external) .
Other alternative configuration is also welcome, if above is not possible given
the budget constraint.
My main OS is linux .
I can squeeze extra 1000 or 2 ,but not more.

AMD Athlon II - 240(2.9k) + Biostar A785GE(3.2k) - 6.1k
2GB Transcend 800MHz DDRII RAM - 1.9k
250GB Seagate 7200.12 HDD- 1.9k(Not much difference b/w 160GB and 250GB prices)
LG/Samsung DVD R/W - 1.1k
Zebby cabinet with PSU - 1.4k
Logitech KB+Mouse - 0.6k
Acer 19" - 6.2k(go for a better one for full hd)

May i know the model for acer monitor and zebby cabinet.
 
Zebronics Desire cabinet is a good one according to me..
since you want full hd,have a look here..

or else have a look at samsung 2033,thats a good one..
Have a look at dell ones too at thier india website..
Take whichever suits your budget..
