if a buy a internal and use a casing on it......it will work fine as external right??

or is the (3425-4600=)1175rs difference justified??

Yes 1175 is the difference but u get Seagate Casing in Freeagent + 2 Yrs Extra warranty in Internal u'l get 3 Yrs Warranty only

Freeagent and Freeagent Extreme are 2 diff models
