T9 - Text on 9 keys
I hate T9. Horrible, useless and quite irritating.
wow, you actually use multi-tap to key in words when you send a text message? I'm gathering either you don't send many/large text messages or you've just been too darn lazy to learn the predictive text systemKingKrool said:I hate T9. Horrible, useless and quite irritating.

No offence man, but it's like saying "I hate GUIs for navigation. Nothing beats a command-line interface."

First you say T9 requires to be learnt, then you compare it to a GUI (where ease of use beats efficiency?).
I hate T9. Period. And you are right, I don't send large text messages. I see no need to. I'm not the sort of nut who forwards emails/SMSes etc. I don't plan to clog anyone's inbox any time soon.
And BTW, real geeks love the command line. GUIs are nice only because you can have many command lines at a time in a GUI.
