Tablet under 15k

In the market for a tablet around 8k
Primary purpose::Browsing,and watching the odd movie,decent app support
Should have 2g/3g connectivity.3g dongle support optional
Size:7inch would do fine
What are my options?
PS:Error on my part in the thread title,budget is restricted to 8k.

Just wait for a while for Nexus 7 tablet to be announced at Google I/O next week. That should be THE tablet to go for.
