Tablet with calling facility in 10k

Friend needs a tablet with phone calling facility (cause he was adamant on it). His budget is 10k. Any good models out there? He said he found some iBall or Zync tablet with 1024 or better resolution and ICS or Jellybean installed. 8gb storage and a gb of ram for 10k. No model number was given so i didnt look them up. Any ideas or anything better than these companies?

I think you friend is referring to this Zync Z999 Plus Tablet | Tablet | Flipkart.com. I have had a brief hands-on with this tab, the display is pathetic and heats up a lot within a few mins of operation. The call quality is quite bad.

Your friend is better off with the Samsung Tab 2 3100, which is overall reasonably good.
