At the time of reservation, one has to use their American express card to guarantee the booking amount and later use this voucher to offset the room bill. The voucher validity is till 22 September 2022
@puns - Can you guide me on the rules regarding mentioning user name and date in the image?. This is a gift voucher and not sure whether it applies and how to put it.

i dont see the terms and conditions you mentioned in the voucher mail or messages. only T&C is amex card should be used st the time of booking. pls share link where you saw this
