Tally 7.2 not running on Win 7 32-bit

I have installed Tally 7.2 on Win7 32-bit, it failed to RUN. as Administrator and Compatibility mode of win XP sp2 also failed..

Any one with a clue. i will be grateful.

If you're running Win 7 Professional/Ultimate/Enterprise, you could use Win XP mode.

P.s.: Please use proper thread titles instead of a vague 'help plz!'

Download Last version of Tally 7.2 from Tally Site. It will work without any problem

yes indeed 7.2 works well with win 7 32bit i checked
