No i got it from the appstore
iOS for pad

It used to be 3 or 5$ earlier but i downloaded it free today

Yes it is free in apple iOS app store.
Downloaded a copy just now.
Tapatalk 2 is not free, the old tapatalk is free.
Good for me as I cannot install tapatalk2 as it is iOS 6 and above.
