TATA Broadband 512 UL

I am living in New Delhi, South Delhi to be precise.
I want to move to TATA Broadband 512 UL plan but I wanna ask you guys one thing:

Are the speeds significantly better than Airtel Broadband?
Are the pings low enough to play CS?
Are the torrent speeds good?

Anything good/bad aobut this plan?

there would be vert few peeps who could shell out 2k pm for internet let alone availability and that too plans are just launched so expect few replies
 
Well here's the deal... Ping to SG - 100-120ms, Ping to indian servers - Retarded 300ms. Speed in torrents - 55-57KB/s. Speed on HTTP servers - 60-61KB/s. All this is in bangalore. I have no idea about delhi!

Cost including taxes per month : 2076
 
i'm using this plan right now.. torrent speeds ard 60kb/sec consistently day and night.. not much of a CS player so i can't comment on pings...

i have another connection at home.. mtnl 2mbps, which i get good speeds of 220kb/sec during my night unlimited download times... as far as 24/7 torrent usage is concerned, i'd recommend the tata 512k ul any day :)
 
If they're giving dedicated 60kB in Bangalore and Mumbai, I'll excpect the same in Delhi. I'll be shifting real soon.
 
i'm unable to reach 60kBps on torrents.. get an avg of 52kBps and usually maxes out at 58 if i leave a few torrents open..

If you sync at 544kbps which is greater than 512kbps, you should touch 60kB/s atleast which is 480kbps.. I didn't understand the logic in your post..
