Well its been not more than 50 days of using Tata Indicom Broadband with the Infinity 64 kbps Router Connection which is unlimited data transfer @ a speed of 64kbps. Today all of a sudden, the connection was down for 10 minutes and it was only after half an hour i realized that I am getting download speeds of 35kBps and above. I coudnt belive it at first and then started downloading different files from fast servers and near about the same Download Speed.

Lol I dun understand whats going on. I am getting big jerks in the speed tests ranging from 256-512 kbps connection. Not that I am complaining. I just dont wanna run in any troubles later with data transfer based bills. Trying to contact the customer care, but the same old problem, 'Please wait online- Your Call is important to us' . Just posted this if anyone facing the same issue, post abt it in here.
I am quite confused as of now shld i continue downloading or stop it.
