TATA DOCOMO - Youtube uploading - incredibly slow

I tried to upload a video to YouTube, but its incredibly slow.
First few MB's it uploads at 900+kbps, but then the upload speed reudces to few kb's, not KB or Kb, but kb :-\ :mad:

i was able upload a 10MB video in 2hours :mad:

tried with different browsers - IE9, Opera, Chrome, but same result.

Video when viewed in youtube (any video), it streams (d/l speed at 2+Mbps).

have done the basic trouble shooting, - cleared caches from all browsers, tried from laptop too, but same result.

I always get d/l speed at above 1Mbps, but this is the first time i tried to upload a video to youtube from Docomo.

What could be the issue here?

My desktop & laptop - Windows 7 32bit SP1 fully updated
flash player also updated.
AV- Microsoft Security Essentials (updated) & Windows Firewall.
 
Generally upload speeds are much lesser than download speeds. Try running a speedtest.net test or uploading files to servers such as rapidshare or mediafire & see the results.
 
uploading to picasa is always fast, 50-60MB of pics gets uploaded in few minutes
