Tata Downtime in Pune

Anyone else experiencing a lot of downtime this week on Tata? Yesterday my modem lost sync for like 10 hrs.. day before that every evening it was out for a few hours.. is it just me or is there a problem for everyone ?

DSL connection . . .and its giving me a headache. .

EDIT : Sorry i didnt see that "YOU" had posted the TOPIC :ashamed: . . . Had written lot of nasty words FOR TATA . . :P :P
 
DSL I guess.. with the modem.. guess I'll have to call up their crappy customer support tomorrow
 
yeah i did have a lot of issues with TATA.

Its been 4 months since I started a fight with their DSL support over a wrong metering and a huge bill.

As of now, they say an adjustment will be given in the next bill.

I'm waiting with fingers crossed.

Its luckily fyne here...i.e Kothrud..

I am not sure if the connection i mean is the same as urs
 
Hmm no downtime for the last 2 days (after I called them) but the connection seems a bit sluggish.. meh
 
TATA SUX to the core....this has been my cs ingame nic from sumtime now.....newayz...m a tata indicom broadband user from Indore....n it sux !! the only reason which makes me stick to it is for gaming...some how it manages to give better pings...

If u dont want pings...take Airtel straight...no 2nd thought....airtel doubles the speed in nites....gives stable connections....no downtimes...(even if ther are sum..max to max 1-2 hrs ) gud customer support...

PS : ALL INDIAN ISP'z sux!!
 
Forgot to mention...even the d'load speed wid tata aint tht gr8...used to get constant 32 kbs + wid airtel.....now wid tata it fluctuates b/w 25-35...:(
