Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Kiran Radhakrishnan, I am writing this email to highlight a particular problem that I am facing with TATA BROADBAND SERVICES.
I have been using TATA BROADBAND SERVICES for quiet some time, there have been frequent problems with them, they have time in and out have been lapsing in regards to attending to consumer complains and rectifying any and all complains on time,received by them.
Recently, that is on 3.30am 16 Oct 07 I recharged my TATA BROAD BAND connection via net using my credit card, I had availed my self with unlimited plan for month,costing Rs.470/-
At 2.00pm on 16 Oct 07 .i.e the same day on which I had recharged my account, the entire TATA BROAD BAND services, stop functioning due to some major LAN problem at the company end, and the same was rectified only at 1.00pm 17 Oct 07.
The TATA BROAD BAND connection worked considerably fine for next two days, again at 7.00pm of 20 Oct 07 the connection was disrupted, and the entire system was in non functioning mode for a period of two and more, the system that was not functioning since 7.00pm of 20 Oct 07, was revived on 3.30pm on 22 Oct 07,.
I had constantly tried to raise a complain regarding the Internet services failure, with the customer care executives, but they where unable to raise the complain and provide me complain number, as they had their internal systems being upgraded, but to be on the safe side I had acquired the name of the executives and their TL's name, with whom I had interacted with, from 7pm 20 Oct 07 to 22 Oct 07
Ultimately the connection started working at 3pm on 22 Oct 07,as soon as the net connection revived, I tried to log in to my TATA BROAD BAND account, I has denied access, I immediately called up the customer care number provided by the company, on inquiring with the customer care executive, I was in formed that, there is zero balance in my account, as I have purchased email id worth 200 from the TATA BROADBAND SERVICES, and also an additional email space, on 20 Oct 07,and due to which there is no balance in my account.
It is impossible for me to buy any additional space or email id from TATA BROADBAND SERVICES on 20 Oct 07 because, on that day the entire Internet services of TATA was down,
The company has not provided me any details in regards to as to the email alleged to be bought by me.
I am worried, because of the above incident, because I seriously doubt that some one with in the company has hacked in to my id and has created this kind of email and purchased additional space, I am worried because if the person who ever has bought this additional space, if uses for any illegal and illegitimate purpose, then I assume I would have to bare the brunt, I have decided to complain the entire matter to the cyber cell team of mumbai.
Kindly help me and guide me, as to what I should do, so as to protect myself from any further problems, or complication
