Tata Indicom QP180/360 plan users - query

Guys,

This is the only decent plan(with NU) they had and now its not showing up in recharge

Rather it comes up with the below ones. I have no clue what they mean
Have anyone recharged with these - is it the same QP180/360 with 180 or 360 hours or some other crap

Its a pretty nice plan I use it . But the thing is you have very less limited no. of hours during day time . So I use 2 accounts . 1 for morning 256k and 1 for night 4mbps .

Thanks for info :), I have two connections (BSNL as well for daytime) so this plan is good for me

anyone else who use this same plan and tried a recent recharge
 
Hey, I need to renew my Tata Ac asap. Just got off the phone with Cust care and they told me that these would just renew my current plan (Powe On & on 384) for the specified duration. Now it seems like a great deal, the 1750 pla gets me 3 month at 1/2 the cost.

Its just that there's no mention of speeds, or anything else. Seems a bit fishy to me.

Or is it this way:

My current plan is 30 days validity(Rs. 33/pd), and this will be the same continue the same policy (Rs 1636/33 = 49 days) and I'll hav to recharge on the 50th day.

Some enlightenment would be appreciated.

damn, I renewed last month and at that time I was able to renew the QP360 plan, I guess after the website facelift they've disabled the older plans too ... looks like I'll have to switch to MTNL now :(

try logging out and in again and you will see the older plans. try this 2-3 times until you see them.
 
OK Guys, I will explain this (as told by Nodal Officer)

From now on, there is only Value Vouchers for recharge, as I have listed in my 1st post. This is for all plans

Eg 1: for my plan, QP 180 - rate is 9.5 rs per hour

when i recharge for 1750, i will get 1636 as toup on my account with 3 months validity

1636 / 9.5 = 172.21 hours i will get

say, by end of my current plan date, i have 500 as balance

it will get added up - 500+1636 = 2136 / 9.5 = 224.85 hours for 3 months

If i need NU any of these months - its 299 flat will be consumed from my total balance

Eg: 2

Now,say for an unlimited plan - the charges are 24 rs per day

so, for the same voucher

one will get 1750 / 24 = 68 days of internet usage

bottomline - the recharge vouchers will be same, but it will vary based on ur current plan
