Tata Indicom Renewal ?

you can either call up the local franchise or call up the customer care ppl to deliver the renewal pack...

you can also order online and pay cheque/dd on gettin the renewal pack...and today for the first time i noticed that the credit card payment option was also available to me...

so i guess the order online n pay by credit card is the easiest way :D

but for the last two months i think the credit card facility is not available atleast for me.

when i checked today the credit card recharge was available. its really a nice feature.
 
There was a time i was a staunch follower of VSNL modem waala internet. Then Tata Indicom - VSNL came together for net broadband services etc. I took their broadband without thinking even once. What followed was tragedy. There was never one week when there was no disconnection, and never once they delivered my renewal coupon. For the 5-6 months i had their broadband i had usage of around half that no. of days (i am nt exaggerating). I had thought very strongly to go to Consumer Court but i dropped the idea.
I am happy if in other areas other than Delhi if Tata Indicom has good service.

It was nothing short of harrasment for me.
 
I have 256, I had bought there 3 months package and after that bought the renewal from the tata indicom office at sahara mall, Will be upgrading to 512, and the local executive was telling me that they will be converting into Wi-fi network till the consumer end (Sify also had wi-fi but only till the distributors end). I wish they could come out with unlimited plans for 2mbps plans.
 
wanted to renew my connection to 512 this month,currently on 256.

problem is they dont have renew packs for 1 month 512 or online renewal for 512 month,dont have the cash for 3 months renewal

is thr any way out ?
 
Call them up. It doesn't show 1 month renewal for 256 kbps either but last month I had got renewal for a month of 256 kbps
