Tata Indicom unusual errors

Friends
My tataindicom Plug 2 Surf give unusal errors packet.i.e more than 500 errors in 1 hour. the download speed decreases unusally from 15-16 kb/s to 2-3 kb/s since last 10 days.I have changed the modem as well as pc but no reprive. I have lodged complain with customer care, but the problem persists.I stay at mumbai . can any one help?

Less said about Tata service in the 2 metros - Delhi and Mumbai better it is.

Their customer service sucks to the nth degree. False billing due to server error is very common place occurrence. You can forget getting credit if there is an error.

what the customer care says ? ask them to send a technical person to check.
