Okay first, they come out with that idiotic FUP. Then this...

Earlier, I just booted the Pc and the net was active. But now, I have to login using a webpage so that I can use the net. And what is worse... the session expires in some 12 hours or something automatically, which means.. I can't just leave the Pc on and download!

What is the use of an unlimited plan if you first limit it by data transfer then limit it by time too?

And the service.. OH MY GOD. I know that customer service in India isn't aces as it is, but the tata people break new grounds in annoying customers with each task.

I filed a "Shift of Location" request with them on 10th June.. today is 28th and the f**kers have yet to install the connection. Yet.

I live in Nagpur and thus have few other choices, for eg: You Telecom is not active here, otherwise I would have signed up with them right away.

I currently pay 1120 bucks for a 384kbps connection and I wont be allowed anything more....

So, within my price range and city, can I go for something else? With which provider?

Please provide help quickly.
 
check whether BSNL EVDO is available at ur place and get inputs from forums and other sources about its reliability. Its cheaper and probably does not have FUP
