TATA: Major slowdown in Pune (etc?)

Since like 1 week, lots of my friends in different areas are facing the same problem using Tata broadband. Major slowdown, super high pings (~1000ms) and lots of packet loss, basically rendering the connection useless.. Customer support as usual is worse than useless...

Anyone else having these problems?

even I am having problems for the past 1-2 days. 600ms pings (earlier ~300) and packet loss.

I've been getting very high pings on my favourite TF2 servers (~900 from ~270) too. But that might've been due to other reasons cos the u/l d/l speeds are normal.

downloads speeds are normal...dont game on that conection so dunno abt pings

Even i too in dombivli facing the same problems.No constant download speeds.
