TATA night u/l still reducing balance

My tata night u/l is active but it is still reducing balance. I called tech support and they credited me back and said it should be done auto and not to worry about it.
Is this normal ?
or I call in after every 4-5days and credit back ?
 
Just call them again and lodge a complaint..

Also verify if your balance is actually being deducted.. As in it might be showing it in your detailed usage.. But main balance might be unchanged (Happened to me few months back)..
 
I called them today and got it credited back. They do credit it back easily but it would be a pain to call them up every 3days or so.

The balance gets deducted yeah..but isnt there any auto system ? should I keep complaining ?

its ok ... i had this problem too .... buts its temporary ...it will be sorted out in a few days ... though in my case ...it was a daily affair .. i mean at night it was deducted and after some hours it was credited back automatically...without any phone calls or sumthing like tht.

It was auto-credited this morning :)

All is good :)

Good plan..for 2mbps speeds..going to take extra validitiy as I have Triband for the daytime.
