Ok guys back after bit of a break from site.
Anyway it semms present flash based chat ain't going anywhere. Apart from being slow buggy it has major problems in integration on forums home page and showing who's in chat. This is a critical feature thats absolute must for any chat so that seeing others people can go to chat.
Now I have decided to tackle this problem by installing some alternative chat softwares. So get ready for some testing and i want some feedback as and when you see a new chat. U will see new system from tonight most probably.
