TE PC Buying Guide T1 2013

st2220l seems to have been stopped... is there any other 22" dell full hd monitor as a substitute? the 2240l is an ips display but the reflective glass is a big no-no

In fact if you can compile the list and share with me, I will assign it to you in the buyer's guide section and you (or others in your absence) can update it regularly. That section is supposed to be for such kind of information.
 
With the rupee depreciation, parts are either becoming more expensive or unavailable at a lot of places. I got the following modified config for office use last week from Vashi Plaza.

The HTPC part needs some serious update :

these should be replaced with 5 or 6 series of APUs [ with same price point ] and FM2 motherboards.

It's been nearly 6 months since the T1 2013 was written.
I don't understand much about the computer market and it's ups and downs, but shouldn't the guide be updated now or are we waiting for new products to be launched?
