Forum Feedback TE Rules page link seems to be broken

I just noticed that the TE rules page is not accessible. I tried to open the link - http://www.techenclave.com/rules.php but it seems to be a broken one.

yup.. its the same i get via the profile settings page where it directs you to the rules and then where you have to mention one rule which is good or something like that? dunno wot the deal with that thing is
